Susan E. Delean-Botkin CRNP
Susan E Delean Botkin specializes in nurse practitioner in Easton, MD and has over 28 years of experience in the field of medicine. She graduated from Georgetown University Of Medicine with her medical degree in 1996. She is affiliated with numerous hospitals in Maryland and more, including University Of Md Shore Medical Center At Easton.
Susan is licensed to practice by the state board in Maryland (R126198). She is accepting new patients at her medical office, and available for appointments, preventative care, medical care as well as ongoing patient care.
Christina Warden, DNP, FNP
Dr. Christina Warden, DNP, CRNP is an Eastern Shore native and a graduate of the University of Delaware. She completed her doctorate with a focus in identification of prediabetes and diabetes prevention. Her background includes time spent in chronic care management, end of life care, and wound care.
Dr. Warden provides comprehensive medical care to patients across the lifespan, including diabetes and high blood pressure management, and women's health visits. She is also a certified Medical Cannabis provider.
Dr. Warden is available for both in-person and telehealth visits. When not seeing patients, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, lab puppy, cats, and chickens.
Rosemary Daddona
CNRP FNP-C
(will be with us through AUG 2024)
Rosemary Daddona, CNRP FNP-C is our newest provider at the practice. She is a graduate of Georgetown University's Family Nurse Practitioner program. You may have met her over the summer as Susan's student! She has since graduated and passed her boards, and began working here in September. She has worked in healthcare for the past 10 years.
Most recently, she was an RN in the Johns Hopkins Medical ICU and a Nurse Case Manager in Anne Arundel County. She currently lives in Annapolis with her (soon-to-be) husband, but never forgets her Philadelphia roots.

​​Born and raised in Talbot County, I have been at FamilyCare since 2004. I am responsible for Scheduling, Insurance Referrals and Patient Information Management. When I’m not working I enjoy going to classic car shows, and spending time with my family.

Jennifer Hannum
Medical Office Assistant
Jennifer has worked with FamilyCare as a medical and office assistant over the last four years. She is originally from Delaware and a graduate from Madison High School. She has experience working as a caregiver for elder populations and loves helping people feel better every day, making her a perfect fit for FamilyCare of Easton.
Jennifer and her husband and daughter enjoy spending time with their dogs, cats, ferrets, and even a lizard here on the Eastern Shore.

Practice Manager
Born and raised in Caroline County, I am a Eastern Shore girl at heart. I graduated from North Caroline High and Chesapeake College and furthered my education by also receiving certifications from AAPC, AHIMA and HBMA where I also hold
memberships with all the Organizations. I joined FamilyCare of Easton, when the practice opened, in 2003 and I am proud to say that I work for one of the few primary care practices remaining on the Eastern Shore.
Malia Olsen-Tafia
Office Assistant​
A 2020 graduate of Easton High School, Malia has been with FamilyCare of Easton since 2022. You'll often hear her cheerful voice when you call our office for appointments or questions. Malia resides in Talbot County and enjoys helping out in all the day to day aspects that make FamilyCare such a wonderful place for care.
